Cboe engaged Limelight People to exclusively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent IT hires in Australia.
LIMELIGHT’S REMIT: Identify, source and secure a skilled team of engineers and Capital Markets professionals for Cboe’s APAC head office based in Sydney, Australia.

Limelight Project Strategy

• Assign Limelight’s dedicated Cboe project team
• Create and implement market communication strategy with Cboe’s approval
• Conduct targeted candidate search campaigns for technologists with skills aligned with Cboe’s core engineering functions
• Identify specialists from within the Capital Markets industry and other related high performance engineering industries
• Track, monitor and communicate outputs to Cboe
• Source, secure and onboardall briefs.

Challenges Overcome

• Market dynamics (low candidatesupply / high candidate demand) created a challenging sourcing environment with the ratio of jobs to candidates at 10:1 for engineering roles during the campaign
• Advertising campaigns and other traditional active candidates sources provided low application volumes and limited candidate suitability.
• Sourcing was limited to targeted headhunting leveraging
• Limelight’s unique global database

Results
