My client, are a leading digital technology business with a fantastic roster of exciting greenfield projects & clients. This exciting role is seeking an experienced Data & Insights Manager, to help the continued expansion of the data driven decision making ethos within their business. The successful person will contribute to this mindset and assist in driving sales, support services and customer engagement.
Working with cross functional teams, you will help instill best practice, utilise innovative thinking and a solution focused approach to customer problems by leveraging data driven tools and analysis.
Key metrics associated with success in this role:
- Driving sales through data analysis
- Mentoring junior analysts
- Using data and analytics to improve the business support services model
- Improve revenue streams
- Embed best practice.
This exciting opportunity is 100% work from home, so being located anywhere in Australia isn’t an issue.
Key skills and experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data, analytics or AI.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end projects, delivering client-focused solutions, and supporting business development efforts
- Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data wrangling and data strategy.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and / or languages.
- Strong client relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and very good problem solving skill
