The ideal profile will have a high level of business and commercial acumen as well as a solid knowledge technically within the digital space.

Key responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients of all sizes, ensuring their needs
- are understood, and expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to
- drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Solicit feedback from clients and effectively communicate their input to
- internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and client needs to tailor solutions and services accordingly.
- Drive the development and execution of business expansion strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Strategic Direction and Project Management:
- Own the client journey through the business and its teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the strategic direction of new
- initiatives and services that align with client needs and market trends.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on delivering successful client
- experiences and meeting project goals.

Experience required:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and upselling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot,Salesforce).
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience is a plus.
