Application Support – Palantir Foundry platform
Location: Sydney or Melbourne

The Role: Ensure that Palantir Foundry platform and other solutions in the ecosystem are optimised with regard to availability, accessibility, performance, security and operational cost
Responsibilities and duties:
- Technical Support & Operations
- Provide Level-2 support for Palantir Foundry, including incident resolution and problem management
- Monitor platform and ecosystem health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Perform technical troubleshooting in collaboration with internal service owners and third-party providers
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes
- Conduct user access audits and maintain compliance with security policies
- Service Management
- Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs
- Maintain and enhance knowledge management systems, including documentation and runbooks
- Participate in change and release management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to services
- Support capacity planning and performance tuning to meet business demands
- Identify and mitigate risks related to platform operations and service delivery
- Contribute to resilience planning and disaster recovery exercise
Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and administering SaaS platforms, preferably in data analytics and/or enterprise platforms
- Experience with Palantir Foundry/ ServiceNow or similar data integration platforms
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.)
- Proficient in incident, problem, and change management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of SDLC
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills within a complex organisation
- Good understanding of fraud and corruption risks relative to the general insurance industry (desired)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent
- Palantir Foundry certification is a plus
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
