About the Role This Dynamic and rapidly expanding business is looking to add a sharp, driven, and strategically minded Account Manager to lead sales growth within our Data & AI consulting business across Australia.
This business takes a unique direction with a huge value-driven culture, deep industry expertise, and outcomes-focused approach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at selling B2B professional services, has an established network in enterprise accounts, and builds trusted partnerships that deliver genuine business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, focusing on expanding business footprint in those accounts.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients in alignment with business culture of collaboration, impact, and integrity.
- Leverage your personal and professional networks to untap commercial opportunities.
- Craft account strategies that priorities measurable outcomes and long-term client value.
- Lead pursuits and close engagements aligned with quarterly targets, while ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities.
- Create and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake) to influence and support joint go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
About You
- 7+ years of sales/account management experience in Data & AI professional services in Australia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed multi-million-dollar sales targets.
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels, from technical to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to align with a values-driven consulting culture that prioritizes trust and client outcomes.
Business Development
- Familiar with enterprise data platforms, analytics and AI use cases, and consulting services models.
- Self-starter with strong leadership qualities, a get-it-done mindset, and a commitment to making a difference
