The Role
We are partnering with a well-established allied health provider with over 20 years in the market and a strong reputation across NSW. With a growing multidisciplinary team of 100+ clinicians, they are continuing to expand.

This role offers a predominantly adult-focused caseload (approx. 60–70%), with additional exposure to aged care and some adolescent clients. You will work across a mix of community, telehealth and home-based settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll have the autonomy to structure your week around your lifestyle, supported by a dedicated admin team who assist with scheduling, diaries and coordination, allowing you to focus on clinical work.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver assessments, therapy and ongoing management across communication and swallowing disorders
• Work with clients with neurological, developmental and degenerative conditions (e.g. stroke, ABI, Parkinson’s, dementia)
• Develop therapy plans including AAC, dysphagia management and functional communication goals
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including OT, Physio and Psychology
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

About You
• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration
• Experience or interest in adult/NDIS caseloads
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team
• Drivers licence and willingness to work in the community

Up to $120k + Super (Full and Part Time roles available)
