Occupational Therapist | Senior Occupational Therapist
$90k – $120k + super + PD + strong senior support
Join a well-established allied health provider with a fantastic reputation across Melbourne’s south east. This is a rare opportunity for an Occupational Therapist seeking a predominantly clinic-based paediatric role within a highly supportive and collaborative environment.
The organisation has been operating for 15+ years and is known for its excellent staff retention, strong leadership team and genuine focus on clinician support and development. You will be joining an experienced OT team within a modern multidisciplinary clinic with dedicated therapy spaces and access to strong senior supervision.
The Role
• Predominantly clinic-based paediatric caseload
• Assessments and therapy across sensory, emotional regulation, fine motor, functional skills and developmental presentations
• Work alongside an experienced MDT including Speech Pathologists and Allied Health clinicians
• Dedicated OT clinic spaces and resources
• Approximately 5 clients per day with admin time built into your schedule
• Strong supervision and mentoring from experienced senior clinicians and Team Leaders
• Opportunity to develop specialist skills and progress into senior responsibilities over time
