Limelight People Christmas Bonus Campaign Terms & Conditions
Limelight People would like to thank our dedicated healthcare professionals for their exceptional work throughout the year. This festive season, we are recognising the commitment of Registered Nurses, Midwives and Mental Health Nurses who take on short-term regional and remote placements through our Christmas Bonus Campaigns.
- There are only 20 bonus contracts available for eligible candidates to secure.
To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the full eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility & Conditions
- The offer is valid across all Australian states, excluding selected locations*
- The Midwifery offer is only Valis in Victoria, Tasmanis and ACT.
- The offer applies only to new contracts arranged after 22 October 2025.
- Contracts must commence on or after 24 November 2025.
- Eligible candidates must be operating at Registered Nurse level and above.
- Each contractor is eligible for one (1) Christmas Bonus only, regardless of the number of placements undertaken.
- 20 Christmas Bonus contracts are available for eligible contracts.
- The Christmas Bonus promotion offer will end once the contract allocation of 20 is exhausted.
- Contractors must be actively working during December and the Christmas / New Year period to qualify.
- Contractors who resign, terminate, or fail to complete their contract prior to the agreed end date forfeit their bonus eligibility.
- Eligible bonus payments will be processed at the end of January 2026.
- Bonus eligibility is contingent upon full-time hours being completed for the entire contract duration.

Campaign Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to both:
Each campaign offers eligible participants the opportunity to receive:
- $400 or $600 bonus, depending on the type of Nursing duration of contract accepted.
- $500 or $800 bonus, depending on the type of Midwifery duration of contract accepted
Both initiatives aim to recognise the ongoing efforts of heathcare proffesionals who continue to support communities across Australia during the festive season.
