Rachael Farrell is a healthcare recruitment professional who keeps things moving when the pressure is on. Specialising in shift cover for aged care facilities and hospitals across metro and regional Australia, she works with RNs, ENs and AiNs to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. With two years of experience, she is known for her responsiveness, clear communication and ability to get things sorted without the drama.
Proactive, reliable and refreshingly straightforward, Rachael makes life easier for both clients and candidates. She knows that when a shift needs filling, it usually needs filling yesterday, so she works quickly to match facilities with dependable, high-quality staff.
