With ten years of recruitment experience in the regional and remote nursing and midwifery sector, Carly brings a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a true passion for connecting incredible talent with the communities that need them most.
In her role, Carly is focused on recruiting Registered Nurses and Midwives for regional Australia, supporting both healthcare providers and frontline professionals. “I’m most looking forward to building key areas, collaborating with nurses and midwives, and contributing to a stronger, more efficient healthcare environment across the country.”
Originally from the UK, Carly landed in Australia and quickly realised she never wanted to leave. Recruitment became her ticket to staying—and it turns out, she’s a natural. Outside of work, Carly is all about food, fun, and her little dog Rhubarb.
