The Role
This is a hybrid role – based working in the community in South West Sydney. You will work from home, work with clients in the community, and work a few days in the office. Caseloads are found near where you live with travel time capped to a maximum of 45 minutes from your house.
- Working within an interprofessional model to provide assessment and intervention that helps clients achieve their goals
- Caseload across all community funding streams such as CHSP, NDIC, TAC – leveraging the long established network of this NFP
- Delivering timely, well-documented reports with actionable recommendations for ongoing therapy planning
- Supporting clients across all age groups or focusing on a specialized caseload with our backing
- Empowering and enabling individuals, families, and carers to connect with both specialized and mainstream community services

The Requirements
- A Speech Pathologist qualification with a minimum of four years of experience for this senior role
- SPA registration
- A valid NSW driver’s license and access to a registered motor vehicle
- A current NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
