In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children, young people, and their families, with a strong focus on trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Manage a caseload of children and young people with complex needs
- Apply trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate approaches to care
- Contribute to high clinical standards and support service delivery outcomes
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance within a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in collaborative care planning and team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and data collection
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support continuity of care.

You are a skilled and motivated clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families.
Essential Requirements
- Registration with a relevant Allied Health Professional Board of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in mental health services
- Strong knowledge of trauma, attachment, and child development
Desirable Experience
- Experience in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health
- Adult mental health experience
- Working with Vulnerable People registration (or willingness to obtain in Tasmania)
