The Role: This role will also drive integration by better understanding technology costs and how they align to products, applications and services. Your role simplifies complex commercial scenarios and conveys them to stakeholders in a simple manner. You will also contribute to various commercial-related projects, requiring your expertise and involving analysis and modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the cost drivers across the Technology & Operations cost base and leverage your insights to identify optimisation initiatives and decisions.
- Contribute to the development of ‘Total Cost of Ownership’ models to enable improved management decision making.
- Contribute to the development of the Commercial Plan for Technology & Operations Division, quantifying commercial targets, identifying initiatives required to achieve targets and monitoring the realisation of associated benefits.
- Proactively identify and communicate commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support the development, communication and execution of strategies to mitigate commercial risks and capture opportunities.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of the external environment and provide meaningful external insights to inform decision making.
- Contribute to the development and management of commercial tools and models leveraging capabilities like Tableau, Excel, PowerBI and relevant programming languages or applications.
- Perform advanced financial modelling, analysis and scenario planning.
- Proactively look for ways to improve processes and systems.
- Bring thought leadership to support the planning and execution of Technology & Operation’s strategic objectives, operating model and business plan
