When joining the Limelight team, you will become part of a growing business lead by experienced, hands on founders a Healthcare Director and Aged Care Manager with over 20 years industry experience.
The successful consultant will play a key role in delivering exceptional Temp, Contract and Permanent staffing solutions to our valued Aged Care partners.

What we are Looking for?
- Over 2 Years Experience as an Aged Care 360 Consultant
- Experience within Aged Care Sector
- Temp Shift Delivery Experience (Desired)
- New Business Development Experience (Essential)
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Highly Motivated and Resilient Work Ethic
- Energetic and Competitive Personality
- Collaborative, Team Player
