Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Lead a team of Occupational Therapists within a growing community-based NDIS provider where you’ll have the autonomy to shape culture, support clinician development and drive clinical excellence.
With a reduced caseload and dedicated leadership responsibilities, this role is suited to an experienced Team Leader looking to have a genuine impact on both their team and the participants they support.

The Role
As Occupational Therapy Team Leader, you’ll oversee a team of Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, mentoring and day-to-day leadership support.
You’ll be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, supporting clinician development and ensuring high-quality participant outcomes across the service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Occupational Therapists
- Providing regular clinical supervision and performance support
- Supporting clinician engagement, wellbeing and retention
- Reviewing clinical documentation and reporting standards
- Providing guidance on complex clinical presentations
- Supporting workforce planning, caseload allocation and service delivery
- Driving quality improvement and best-practice initiatives
- Working closely with senior leadership on team growth and development
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll maintain a reduced clinical caseload focused on more complex participants.
About You
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
- Previous Team Leader, Clinical Lead or equivalent leadership experience
- Strong experience within NDIS and community-based services
- Confident providing supervision, mentoring and performance support
- Passion for developing clinicians and building high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and service delivery
