Key Responsibilities
- Educate adults and children with diabetes mellitus
- Deliver insulin pump training (adult & paediatric)
- Manage gestational diabetes education programs
- Conduct group education sessions
- Follow up on ambulatory care referrals
- Provide inpatient education and assessment
