Role Purpose

The Business Project Manager – Signavio Workstream is responsible for the successful delivery of the business process modelling workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will lead the planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement related to business process discovery, documentation, and harmonisation using SAP Signavio tools. The PM will drive alignment across business units and ensure delivery is consistent with the overall transformation strategy and timelines
Purpose of the role

Project Management & Governance

  • Develop and manage the project plan, scope, and milestones for the Signavio workstream
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and status reporting
  • Ensure alignment with overall SAP program delivery, cutover planning, and release cycles
  • Establish and chair regular workstream governance forums

  
Process Modelling & Harmonisation

  • Coordinate and lead Fit-to-Standard and Process Mining workshops using SAP Signavio
  • Oversee process discovery, documentation, and modelling across Finance and supporting functions
  • Drive process harmonisation across business units, identifying standardisation opportunities
  • Ensure captured processes adhere to enterprise standards and link to process performance metrics

  
Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with Finance SMEs, operational teams, and cross-functional leads to prioritise and validate processes
  • Collaborate with Change & Training teams to embed the new processes into business-as-usual
  • Ensure traceability between business requirements, process models, and system design

  
Technology & Data Integration

  • Collaborate with the SAP functional and technical teams to validate process-to-technology alignment
  • Ensure process maps are linked to KPIs, controls, and master data governance
  • Align process documentation with internal audit, compliance, and operational excellence frameworks

  
Reporting & Quality Assurance

  • Provide regular status updates and escalate critical risks to the Transformation PMO
  • Monitor quality of process modelling outputs and adherence to agreed methodology
  • Ensure project artefacts are maintained in Signavio Collaboration Hub and program repositories
