Due to the continued success of our Healthcare team, this exciting opportunity will have the right person take on a key Account Manager position operating across our Nursing division in NSW & ACT. You will be responsible for managing multiple major health districts across the state.
You will manage an existing client base and will source and manage a high volume of nursing/midwifery candidates through the recruitment process. You will focus on building strong relationships across the NSW & ACT local health districts and delivering exceptional service.

What We Are Looking for;
- Previous experience as an account manager within the recruitment industry
- Experience in Healthcare recruitment, ideally with a Nursing focus
- The ability to source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform reference checks
- Verify all candidate documentation prior to placement eg APHRA, ID, VEVO, etc
- Maintain and update the candidate database (CRM) and tracking systems
- Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Manage candidate compliance and candidate care administrative tasks
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
