The Role
• Deliver Speech Pathology services across a caseload tailored to your interests (paediatric or mixed)
• Work across a combination of clinic, community and telehealth
• Manage your own diary with support from a dedicated admin team
• Collaborate within a large multidisciplinary team (Speech, OT, Psych, Physio and more)
• Contribute to clinical discussions, team learning and ongoing service development
Support & Development
• Structured onboarding, supervision and mentoring (particularly for early career clinicians)
• Access to 40+ hours of professional development annually, including internal training
• Dedicated PD budget and paid PD leave
• Internal leadership development program with clear pathways into Senior, Team Lead and Manager roles
