About the Role
An award-winning and highly regarded Speech Pathology provider is growing their Melbourne team and looking to connect with passionate clinicians across all experience levels.
With a strong reputation for ethical practice, clinical quality and long-term staff development, this is a business built by Speech Pathologists, for Speech Pathologists. Founded by a highly experienced Speechie, the organisation has grown into a close-knit team of around 40 staff while maintaining a highly supportive and collaborative culture.
These are community and hybrid positions servicing clients across Metro Melbourne, with flexibility to work across home visits, Telehealth and report-writing from home, with options to also work from the office. Caseloads are allocated based on location, with current demand particularly across the East and inner Melbourne areas.
Caseloads are genuinely varied and can include paediatrics, adults, aged care, private hospital and community-based work. Importantly, the role is not purely NDIS focused, offering clinicians greater diversity and balance within their workload.
Are you based in Richmond, South Yarra or St Kilda? If so, you are highly encouraged to apply, though wider Melbourne applicants are also welcome, with additional caseloads available across Melbourne.
