Limelight People is partnering with a regional community public health service seeking an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist for a flexible locum contract. This role offers a diverse paediatric caseload, excellent team support, and the opportunity to contribute to a high‑quality child and family service while enjoying the benefits of locum life.
About the Role
You will join a well‑established community health team delivering physiotherapy services to children aged 0–18. The caseload includes developmental delay, neurological conditions, disability, motor skill development, equipment prescription, and early intervention. Services are delivered across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
This is an ideal role for clinicians who value family‑centred practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for children.

Location: Regional community public health service (details provided upon application)
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Start Date: Flexible – rolling starts available
Employment Type: Locum contract via agency
Rates: Very high hourly rates + travel & accommodation support
Duties Include
• Developmental and functional physiotherapy assessments for children aged 0–18
• Early intervention therapy for infants and young children
• Gross motor skill development, mobility training, and participation‑focused therapy
• Equipment prescription including mobility aids, orthotics, and assistive technology
• Family‑centred goal setting and intervention planning
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including OT, Speech & Psychology
• Clinical documentation and contribution to service improvement initiatives
About You
• Degree‑qualified Physiotherapist
• Current AHPRA registration
• Paediatric experience ideally in public health settings (of any country)
• Australian Working Rights (Working Holiday Visas accepted)
