Limelight People are working with an innovative not-for-profit organisation to source a Head of their Occupational Therapy Department.
Based in the Illawarra/Dapto Region of NSW. Relocation support can be reviewed for the right candidate.
Typical responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management of Occupational Therapy team (perm and contracted staff) inclusive of training, supervision and performance management
- Clinical Oversight of assessment, planning and delivery of home modifications and other occupational therapy services
- Budget and Resource Management; ensuring efficient usage of resources, prepare financial and operational reports
To apply for these exciting positions you must have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- 6 + years experience working in Occupational Therapy with engagement in aged care and some home modifications
- Leadership experience
- Experience working within the CHSP or similar government-funded programs
