Pediatric Speech Pathologist – Clinic Based
I’m partnering with a well-established speech pathology clinic located in Liverpool CBD, supporting children and families across Western Sydney.
This organisation offers a primarily clinic-based service model, allowing clinicians to focus on therapy delivery within a well-resourced and supportive environment. With modern therapy rooms, strong supervision, and full administrative support, clinicians can focus on delivering high-quality therapy rather than spending their time travelling between appointments.
They are currently seeking a new graduate or experienced Speech Pathologist who is looking to develop their clinical skills within a collaborative and supportive clinic team.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
• Primarily clinic-based caseload with minimal travel required
• Fully equipped clinic with five dedicated therapy rooms
• Full administrative support including calendar management
• Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced Senior Speech Pathologists
• Structured graduate onboarding and mentoring program
• $2,000 annual professional development allowance
• Access to therapy resources and clinical subscriptions
• Flexible working hours and days
• Supportive and collaborative team environment
About the Role
In this role you will provide speech pathology assessments and therapy to children and families within a clinic-based setting, with the option to occasionally support community services such as schools or childcare centres if desired.
The clinic primarily supports paediatric clients from early intervention through to 18 years, delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy within a supportive clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering speech and language assessments and therapy
• Developing therapy plans and goal-focused interventions
• Working collaboratively with families, educators, and carers
• Preparing clinical reports and documentation
• Participating in supervision, mentoring, and team learning
Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be joining a team of 9 clinicians, including Senior Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants.
The clinic is led by experienced clinicians who prioritise mentorship, professional development, and a supportive workplace culture. With strong supervision structures and an open-door approach to learning, clinicians are well supported as they build confidence and develop their clinical skills.
