Occupational Therapist – Community Aged Care (Hybrid)

The role
- Deliver community-based OT services to aged care clients
- Conduct functional assessments and develop intervention plans
- Complete assistive technology assessments and prescribe equipment
- Conduct home modification assessments and reports
- Work closely with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
About you
- General Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Ideally experience in NDIS, community or aged care (or keen to transition to purely aged-care caseload)
- Confident working autonomously in a community setting
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Full driver’s licence
- Open to Working Holiday Visa (WHV) candidates
- Sponsorship available for onshore candidates
