This role will be working in the Youth Early Intervention Treatment team (16-25) and with consumers experiencing their with the first episode of psychosis or mood disordering. The position involves prevention and early intervention. You will be conducting outreach therefore a valid driver’s licence (no restrictions) and willingness to travel within work hours is essential.
Essential Criteria
- Registered nurse with Full AHPRA registration
- 5 years minimum MH experience
- Available to start in January and commit to 3 or 6 months
- Experience in early psychosis
- Inpatient Psychiatric Unit or Crisis Assessment and Treatment team experience
- Experience working within the community to understand the complexities of case management with our cohort of young people
- Experience in working with psychosis diagnosis
- Experience in working with youth
