This role supports older Australians living independently through Commonwealth Home Support and Home Care Packages, helping them maintain mobility, safety, and quality of life.

Be based anywhere in Sydney’s West, South West or Parramatta area – with an office in Liverpool you can opt to work in (or not work in) whenever you want. 

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a podiatrist who values flexibility and meaningful client relationships. You’ll work in the community, visiting clients in their homes across Sydney or completing documentation and reports remotely.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing evidence-based podiatry care in home settings, including assessments, nail and skin care, and pressure offloading
  • Preparing clear, timely reports with actionable recommendations for ongoing care
  • Collaborating with care coordinators, GPs, and other allied health professionals to support holistic outcomes
  • Empowering clients to maintain independence and reduce risk of falls or complications

The Requirements 

  • A Podiatry qualification with a minimum of one year of experience 
  • AHPRA registration
  • A valid NSW driver’s license and access to a registered motor vehicle
  • Eligibility to obtain a NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC), National Police Check and a Working With Children’s Check NSW
