Limelight People are partnering with a leading national technology provider to recruit a Microsoft Workplace Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a highly visible consulting role where you’ll work directly with customers to design, deliver and optimise modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, Endpoint Management and emerging AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Member of the consulting team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects from design through to delivery
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on workplace, security and collaboration strategies
- Delivering solutions across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender
- Conducting customer workshops, roadmap discussions and technical presentations
- Supporting solution design, pre-sales activities and customer proposals
- Driving security uplift, governance and modern workplace adoption initiatives
- Mentoring engineers and contributing to the growth of the Microsoft practice
- Exploring emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and AI-driven workplace solutions
What We’re Looking For – Essential Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a consulting, professional services or managed services environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and implementation experience
- Deep expertise across Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access and Microsoft Security technologies
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering technical projects and solution design engagements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
