An Aged Care facility based in Hawks Nest NSW is looking for a new Care Leader in their team. They are looking for someone who has a caring approach, who can offer expertise on nursing care matters while mentoring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Use your clinical expertise to shape best-practice care delivery and support a time of change at the facility.
Essential Criteria
- AHPHRA Registered
- Available F/T Role
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Extensive Experience as a Care Manager in Aged Care
- High knowledge and understanding of Clinical Standards
- Change Management Experience
- Strong communication skills
