The Role
This is a community-based OT position working with a well-established, values-led provider across Melbourne.
You’ll have the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests – whether that’s aged care, NDIS, or a blended portfolio.
You’ll be supported by a highly collaborative MDT (OTs, Physios, Speech Pathologists), with strong clinical leadership, regular check-ins and admin support handling the non-clinical load.
Work is primarily community-based with WFH for reporting, plus optional office access near the CBD.
Caseload Options
- Aged Care (HCP/SAH): equipment, home mods, falls prevention, functional support
- NDIS (Adults or Paeds): FCAs, AT, SDA/SIL, intervention + reporting
- Mixed caseload: build variety with strong clinical support

What You’ll Need
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Driver’s licence + car
- Strong communication + ability to work autonomously
- Experience in NDIS or Aged Care (or willingness to learn)
