We’re partnering with a well-established, clinician-led therapy provider with close to two decades of success in the paediatric space. Built and led by experienced OTs, this is a business that has grown through reputation, referrals and word of mouth, not high staff turnover.
What Makes This Role Different
•Clinic-based model – minimal community travel, work within a collaborative team environment
• Close-knit teams – approx. 10 therapists per clinic, with strong connection across sites
• Values-led culture – genuinely focused on connection, collaboration and making a difference
• Low turnover environment – long-standing team with strong internal progression
Support You Can Actually Rely On
• Weekly 1:1 supervision + group mentoring (ongoing for all clinicians)
• In-session support and co-treating – not just theoretical supervision
• Structured onboarding with a gradual caseload build and shadowing
• Access to internal mentoring programs and experienced clinicians across the business
Learning & Development • $1,500 annual PD allowance
• Regular external speakers and training sessions (including internationally recognised clinicians)
• Access to additional internal courses that don’t come out of your PD budget
• Strong focus on continuous learning and skill development
Career Progression That Isn’t Rigid
• Flexible, co-created career pathways based on your interests
• Opportunities to step into leadership, mentoring or project-based roles
• Ability to get involved in initiatives beyond clinical work
Benefits & Incentives
• Competitive salary based on experience
• KPI bonus structure – earn additional income for exceeding targets
• Paid parental leave (14 weeks)
• Opportunity to be involved in additional projects with profit-share incentives
The Role
• Work with a paediatric caseload including ASD, sensory and developmental presentations
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centred therapy
• Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team
• Be part of a highly connected and supportive clinic environment
About You
• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in or strong interest in paediatrics
• Looking for a long-term role where you can develop and grow
• Values being part of a supportive, team-driven culture
If you’re feeling like your current role is becoming a bit transactional or lacking support, this is a great opportunity to step into something more connected, structured and long-term focused.
