The Role: My client is seeking an experienced Contact Centre & CRM Domain Architect with experience in telephony to join their team and take a critical role in delivering Transformation projects within the insurance industry. As a Contact Centre & CRM Domain Architect your role will be to make a difference you will have strong knowledge and skill in your technology domain, the ability to provide thought leadership, a clear communicator, a good problem solver and creative thinker
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain the lifecycles of application and technology in APM and TPM to ensure their purpose and value align to strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategy and roadmaps for assigned domain(s) across AU and NZ
- Oversee and/or create solution architecture for projects and other initiatives ensuring their alignment to standards, strategies and roadmaps and resolve identified gaps and deficiencies.
- Maintain demand pipeline and capacity to ensure overall delivery of strategy and architecture deliverables in a timely manner
- Actively collaborate and consult with all necessary internal and external stakeholders to facilitate overall service architecture solutions.
- Provide leadership to staff and partners that enables, promotes and demands and right behaviours at all times
- Ensure a workplace of safety and wellbeing for our people
- Pro-actively manage risk
Skills & Experience
We need somebody who:
- Anticipates the organisation’s future position on technology-related trends.
- Outlines organisational implications associated with major IT trends.
- Creates cohesive IT architecture applications for domain platforms and produces solution that outlines the transition paths for moving applications from the current state to target state.
- Oversees the compliance of IT architecture principles for an organisation and uses enterprise architecture to obtain and use information relevant to the solution.
- Directs the discussion of issues and considerations for adopting an open architecture and alignment to IT strategy.
