As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring the provision of exceptional care to the residents. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive a positive and supportive culture within the facility.

What is Required

  • AHPRA Registration 
  • Experience in Leadership Positions 
  • Expert Knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Standards 
  • Passion for Person Centered Care 
  • Budgeting, Planning, Implementing Business Plans 
  • Brilliant Communication Skills 
  • Valid Police Check 
  • Background in change management / Improving Care Delivery
