For over 20 years, she has been specialising in national workforce solutions, business development, and leading high‑performing recruitment teams. Working across metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote communities, Kate partners with public and private healthcare services, aged care providers, community organisations, and not‑for‑profit sectors to deliver strategic, sustainable workforce outcomes.
