Bio

Jean brings a wealth of experience across a range of industries, before discovering her passion for healthcare recruitment. Since then, she has worked behind the scenes supporting teams with onboarding, compliance and shift coordination, helping candidates feel prepared and ensuring clients feel supported at every stage.

What drew her to recruitment? “I didn’t originally plan to go into it, but I found I really enjoy helping people secure work and supporting them through the process. I also enjoy the operational side, especially in healthcare, where things move quickly, and you need to stay organised and responsive.” As part of our aged care temp team, Jean supports recruitment and staffing operations, from onboarding candidates and managing compliance requirements to coordinating shifts and keeping everything running smoothly. “I’m looking forward to growing in the role and supporting the team wherever I can.”

Outside of work, Jean is all about family time. With 11 nieces and nephews, there’s never a dull moment!
