Responsibilities on the job:
- Diverse caseload across children and families Mental Health
- Case management
- You will be providing mental health assessments of children under 18, treatment planning and maintain the relationship.
- Manage a sustainable complex caseload.
- Work closely with families of the patient.
- Counselling
- Outreach within the community/region

Requirements for the position:
- Eligibility for registration with the AASW as a Social Worker
- Experience within Mental Health is preferred but children and families experience is a must!
- Experience working within WA.
- Ability to work with autonomy and as an integral member of an established multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including familiarity with multiple computer programs, and the ability to produce well-written reports.
- A current Drivers licence
- Satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check and working with children check.
