Who are Our Client?
One of the USA’s fastest growing PropTech’s launching their business in APAC. Limelight have been exclusively engaged to build their Customer Success function in APAC, with the initial remit being 4 key CSM hires; Senior to entry level. We are currently targeting their first hire – Senior Customer Success Manager
The Role – Senior Customer Success Manager
Working remotely, you will be set up with the tools and training to kick off your career with our client. The role focuses on understanding their customers’ current and ongoing needs and ensuring they utilize platform features to drive both outcomes and experience. Bering the first on the ground in Australia, you will also be key to setting up their Customer Success capability here in Australia.
You’re portfolio will focus on several key implementations in the region while assisting with their core program initiatives. Our clients platform is one of the most unique PropTech platforms globally centralising the entire commercial build process.
This role will require a combination of customer management, project guidance, creative problem solving, detail orientation, conflict resolution skills, and interpersonal ability.
Senior Customer Success Manager – Some of the things you’ll do;
- Portfolio management and growth – Implement best-in-class service delivery to drive client satisfaction.
- Develop & optimize processes – You’ll be driving process and optimization for some of our clients key APAC customers
- Collaboration – Part of our clients global Customer Success function, you’ll report directly into the Head of CS in the USA working closely with peers and support teams to drive customer experience and engagement.
- Utilize strong Interpersonal skills – You’ll work closely with new clients to understand their unique requirements, closely building rapport with their stakeholders
Senior Customer Success Manager – What we are looking for;
- Senior / Lead Customer Success Background
- SaaS Tech Company Experience
- Strong education background – ideally BSc
- Experience implementing complex software solutions
- Relationship Management
- SaaS Software Experience
- Commercial Property (IDEAL)
