Portfolio Change Lead – Limelight People have been engaged to identify an experienced Change Lead for a global finance business.
Portfolio Change Lead – Reporting to a highly experienced and highly rated Change Executive Manager, you will focus on developing stakeholder communication packages, building executive change plans, leading Change teams, training an communications and leading portfolio level change across a number of key business initiatives
Portfolio Change Lead – You will be responsible for;
- Managing and executing the Business Sponsor / stakeholder engagement plan across the program
- Coaching and influence leaders in their role in effective implementation of the change
- Managing Change Managers and Analysts
- Scoping, Designing, Managing and Executing the change plan for a number of Business Change Initiatives
- Working closely with key sponsors, stakeholders and all members of the Program Team to enable effective change
- Building the change capability within the key business stakeholder groups
- Engaging with enterprise change community of practice to make sure change is constantly aligned with the enterprise change frameworks.
Portfolio Change Lead – You will have the following experience:

- Driving behavioural change across and Enterprise
- Experience in an Agile and Continuous Delivery approach
