Lead Application Support Analyst – Limelight People have been engaged to find an experienced Lead Application Support Analyst for our global FinTech customer.
Lead Application Support Analyst – Working as part of our clients global software function, you will be joining a highly successful, rapidly growing, global business that is leading the delivery of financial services technology solutions.
Lead Application Support Analyst – The key focus for this role is providing world class support and issue management for external and internal clients, to ensure a robust and scalable production environment for their wider customer base. You will lead a team of experienced support analysts engaging with various financial services customers across APAC.
Responsibilities include; Application Support, Incident & Problem Management, Software Release & Change Management, Service Transition and Service Level Management.
Experience required;
- SQL Server
- Incident Management
- Team Leadership / Management
- Application / Production Support
- Experience with an OOP programming language is preferred (ideally but not necessarily .Net or Java)
- Good communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
- Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
- Experience working in a 24/7 Rotating Environment
