Application Support Analyst – Limelight People have been engaged to find an experienced Application Support Analyst for our global Insurance client.
Application Support Analyst – Working as part of our clients application support function, you will be part of a successful, rapidly growing and global Insurance business.
Application Support Analyst – The key focus for this role is providing support and issue management for external and internal clients, to ensure a robust and scalable production environment for their wider organisation.
Responsibilities include; Application Support, Incident & Problem Management, Service Transition and Service Level Management.
- SQL Server
- Incident Management
- Application / Production Support
- Experience with Power BI Reporting/Build is ideal
- Good communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
- Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
