    Submitting your Timesheets<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to Astute<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter your start and finish times<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Add a note if needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Submit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Paper timesheets! What do I do?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. First complete your paper timesheet and have it signed by your manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Login to Astute and complete your timesheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Attach your paper timesheet to your Astute timesheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Submit for approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        IMPORTANT; if you do not submit an electronic timesheet through Astute, for Limelight to receive, you will not receive payment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        I need to change or Fix my timesheet. What do I do?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Please contact us at timesheets@limelightpeople.com.au<\/a> OR contact your timesheet approver to explain the error. Upon doing this the timesheet can be rejected ready to be resubmitted with the correct hours worked.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        I\u2019ve forgotten my password, what do I do?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you forget your password, please enter your EMAIL address to reset your password in Astute. If you enter your Astute the username to reset password, they may not receive the password reset email.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        When do I need to submit my timesheets by?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Submit and have your timesheet approved by 11AM Tuesday.<\/em> Public holidays may delay this by 24 hours. Missed approvals will delay payment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Christmas and New Year Candidate Payroll<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Candidate payroll during the holiday will be adjusted as per below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1) Timesheets for the\u00a0Fortnight 08\/12\/2025 to 21\/12\/2025, Payroll date:\u00a0Wednesday\u00a024\/12\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Please submit your\u00a0APPROVED\u00a0timesheet by\u00a023:30pm\u00a0Monday 22\/12\/2025. All APPROVED timesheets received\u00a0after 23:30pm Monday 22\/12\/2025\u00a0will be processed on\u00a0Thursday\u00a008\/01\/2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2)\u00a0Timesheets for the\u00a0Fortnight 22\/12\/2025 to 04\/01\/2026, Payroll date:\u00a0Thursday\u00a008\/01\/2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Limelight People will notify the timesheet approvers as well. If you know that your approvers will take leaves during Christmas and the New Year, please kindly provide additional timesheet approvers contact details by email:  timesheets@limelightpeople.com.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        I\u2019d like a copy of my payslip or general payroll information. Who do I contact?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
